Anita Barone

Barone starred in The Shoes, an episode of the fourth season of Seinfeld as Gail Cunningham, a chef who is looking for Elaine Benes' shoes. In the early 1990s she was a regular member of Carol & Company with actress Carol Burnett. Barone was the ex-wife of Carol Willick Ross Geller on the show's first Friends appearance. Jane Sibbett, who replaced Barone after leaving the show in order to appear as a character in a larger part, was able to fill her.
