Curiosity grew in her after she left for the Long Island suburbs to explore the vast cultural diversity in Los Angeles. She was also not afraid to make extraordinary decisions to honor her gut instincts. She worked with a variety of celebrities and rose rapidly through the ranks of Wolfgang Puck's Spago. Lofaso and Sal Aurora partnered in 2011 to launch Black Market Liquor Bar Studio City. Lofaso found her place at Black Market, and through the partnerships that she created. The creative spirit of Lofaso will be facilitated by this collaborative effort. Black Market does not have one direction which is the reason why it was created. It could begin with dill potato chips and shishito peppers followed by a lobster roll Korean wings and a variety of meatballs. Antonia is the anchor in this variety. Through her entire career, Lofaso has judged her accomplishment by her innate ability to understand her audience while staying authentic to her personality. She has been a part of a variety of television shows like Top Chef Chicago, Top Chef: All Stars and Cutthroat Kitchen Man vs. Child on The Food Network and ABC's Real O'neals. Her talents continue to be recognized in her role as a judge on the CNBC's Restaurant Startup. Lofaso has teamed up with Penguin to release The Busy Mom's Cookbook 100 Recipes for Quick Delicious Home Cooked Meals in 2012. This cookbook also tells about the struggles she faced while raising Xea and pursuing her studies at the French Culinary Institute. Lofaso states that the reason to her achievement originates from her kitchen. That's how she keeps a pulse of the latest happenings. Chefletics the brand she has created, is revolutionizing how chefs dress. It combines style with functionality. Lofaso is a firm believer that adhering to the way you see yourself is crucial. To accomplish her goals, she launched Antonia Lofaso Catering. It gives customers the opportunity to experience an unrivalled service.
